Studio apartment is located in Brewster on 10 private acres which extend from historic Route 6A to beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Family-owned cottage rentals are on these premises. Our private beach is just a short 600-ft. walk down the sandy lane. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the water!
The studio has a large deck with charcoal grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs. Beach chairs are available. Inside, there is a queen-sized bed, dresser, cable TV, phone, full bathroom, kitchenette, full refrigerator, electric heat, wireless internet, table, coffee maker and microwave. Linens and bath towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. No smoking permitted. No tenting.
On season rate is $675/wk. Off season $575/wk. $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve. Half rent due by Feb 1. Refunds after Feb 1 only if space is rebooked. Rental is from Sunday to Sunday!
