We are in close, central proximity to most convention sites, tourist attractions (Sea World & historic Old Town are 5 minutes away), Pt. Loma, beaches, sailing, tennis and golf courses. Bus stop nearby takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Convention center. Shopping, markets, restaurants, theaters etc, are approximately 5-10 minutes away from us, as is the San Diego International airport. Average temperature is 70 degrees. Exquisite Views! Amenities include fireplace in living room, 3 queen beds, TV/VCR, laundry, ironing board, robes & hair dryer are offered for use. Off street parking. All rooms have ceiling fans. Magazines are for guests' enjoyment, telephone (no surcharge). Smoking is not permitted in the house, but allowed in the garden. No lifeguard on duty, and parents are responsible for children. 10 min to Zoo. Owners live on site in guest quarters beyond the pool area.
