Our Beach Duplex is clean and fresh, Three bedroom, two bathroom upper unit with a ocean view balcony and master bedroom with separate entry and bathroom. (All rooms have partial ocean view). And a Two bedroom, one bathroom first, floor unit. Excellent quality brand new mattress's. We provide queen size sofa sleeper in the three bedroom unit and double bed size sofa sleeper in the 2 bedroom unit. The bedrooms are good size. Living room/dining room combination areas are compact as are most Mission beach locations.

All five bedrooms are wonderfully for family re-unions and multi-families as well. Modern looking duplex (built in 70's) with updated dual pane windows. Brand new furniture and carpeting, tile, paint 2007. 55 steps to ocean sand and boardwalk. One half double garage per unit (automatic door). There is an outdoor shower and foot washer hose in common area.

La Mission Beach house is located in Mission Beach San Diego. Mission Beach is an ideal place to get away with your family. It has some of the most beautiful weather in the world. There are enough attractions that would take you a month to view. Mission Beach.is one of the most popular beaches in San Diego, California with tourists and locals alike. Located along the boardwalk referred to as The Strand, Mission Beach stretches on for 2 miles beginning with Mission Bay Beach and ending at Pacific Beach. Pacific Beach (PB) and Mission Beach is about as close as San Diego gets to Miami's South Beach. Perfect white sand beaches, endless summer weather, surfboards, string bikinis, restaurants and night clubs action never seems to stop around here. You can enjoy the walk on the famous Bayside Walk.

South Mission Beach. consists of two-miles stretch of sandy beach, which is probably the liveliest spot in San Diego during the summer.
