Spread over three expansive floors the main residence has 3 well appointed guest rooms and a master suite. The first floor features a ski room, laundry room, 4 person sauna, media room, and two guest rooms, including a junior master with King bed, full bath, TV and sitting area.

The second level contains the formal living room featuring a large stone framed wood burning fireplace. This living area has wall to ceiling windows that overlook the ski slopes, tasteful continental dcor and seating for a large group of friends and family. Adjacent to this living area is the dining room, with a large table for 8. The dining room features views of the calming aspen grove that surrounds the back of the property. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a commercial gas range and large prep area. French doors open up to an impressive outdoor deck that encircles the back of the home. The master suite is also located on this level and has a King bed, sitting area with a TV and full bath with a steam shower.

The third floor contains the fourth bedroom and an office area with wired internet access. This bedroom is called the tree house room. It has a queen bed and huge windows that look into the surrounding forest.

The attached slope-side Guest suite:
The attached guest suite has a bedroom on the lower level with a King and full bath. The second level has two bedrooms that share a bath with Jacuzzi tub. One room has a King and the other, two twins. The third level contains a comfortable living room, kitchen and dining area. There are laundry machines in both homes.
