On the second floor you will find the living room and the kitchen. The living room has a TV with DVD, VCR, stereo system, and a gas fire place. The private deck is located on this floor as well with great views of the mountains. The kitchen is located adjacent to the living room with tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The forth bedroom is located on third floor and has a queen mattress with a TV and private bathroom. There is street parking available. This great home is within walking distance of Lift #7, the Palm Theater and the grocery store.
