Wonderful family home on 2 1/2 acres. We are a non-smoking, alcohol free property. We welcome conservative guests 4 yrs and older, who will be comfortable with our Christian values and lifestyle. Wrap-around porch has fantastic views of Pike's Peak and the front range mountains. Easy, close access to all the area attractions.

The walk-out level features a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a theater room. This level has room to use several twin or queen size aerobeds if needed for an additional fee. It also has a kitchen, living room, game area with ping-pong & foos ball. These accommodations include the large indoor heated pool, wrap-around porch & outdoor grill.

Any group renting the space described above may also rent additional space as needed on the main floor. The main floor has 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have top line queen size beds. Cots are available if needed. There is also a full kitchen, banquet room and family room with fireplace. Each of the main floor rooms can be rented as needed, separate prices for each addition.
