Upon entering this magnificent home if feels like you are being greeted by the ocean as you look across the living room to the sparkling Atlantic from the front door. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanfront Palmetto Dunes home with a heated infinity pool is stunning. At 4,170 heated sq. ft, n o detail was overlooked when it was renovated and redecorated by the owners right down to the Mediterrannean-style front entryway that welcomes you with an arbor of stone columns covered in vibrant grape vines. High ceilings, tiled floors, gorgeous granite countertops, and stainless steel kitchen appliances all enhance the contemporary style furnishings, each handpicked by the owner.

The back wall of the living room is a clear sun-lit surface of floor-to-ceiling windows that gives way to an enormous stone patio with fully equipped bar/outdoor kitchen including a refrigerator and gas grill. The table allows for seating for 6 and is the perfect spot to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. A very short pathway carries you over the dunes to the sandy beach, which is so close you feel as though it's part of the back yard.

Inside the kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 4) looks out over an open den with tv as well as a delightful breakfast table with seating for 6 that looks out to the pool and the ocean. To the left is the formal dining room with seating for 8 that opens out to the main living room with its unique glass-encased lava fireplace and endless ocean views beyond. Also on the 1st level is the master suite with private bath and a private deck with 2 chaise lounges.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms on the left are separated from the 3rd by a wide landing. On this level the 1st bedroom has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom, while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen bed plus a full bathroom in each. The 2 queen guest rooms also have private balconies facing the ocean. Guests can take the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy over to Shelter Cove Marina for shopping, dining and seasonal live entertainment. Free wireless internet. Free tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. 5 tv's, 2 dvd players.
