Enter to a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings, 32" flat screen TV with Bose entertainment center including DVD, decorative fireplace, and large floor to ceiling windows. The dining room connects with the living area, and seats up to 8. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and four high-top chairs. Off this room is a great screened-in porch with a table and chairs that views the lagoon.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs--the master has a king bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV with built-in DVD, and a private exit to the screened porch.
