The balcony can be accessed via the sliding glass doors in both the living room as well as one of the bedrooms.
Inside you will find the living room with sleeper sofa, coffee table, wing chair and entertainment center with TV and VCR. The dining area offers a glass topped table with seating for four situated over tiles which extend into the remodeled kitchen. The wonderful kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops and black and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom offers a king and twin beds, matching chest of drawers and end table, wing chair and a bookshelf with TV. The pool is a five-minute walk to the Devonshire complex. The new beach park offers a children's playground and comfort stations.
