Highgate Park is located within the development of Legacy Park, just off the US Highway 27, and minutes south of US Highway 192. The development is within a short drive of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses. On site facilities include tennis courts and a childrens play area.

The luxury fitted kitchen has every amenity you could wish for, with it's microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, oven and hob, waste disposal unit. The kitchen is also equipped with all accessories such as crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You will find everything you need to prepare breakfast, snacks, lunch or an evening meal. Nook: The nook (breakfast area) overlooks the pool with a large circular glass breakfast table. An adjoining bar area to the kitchen offers bar stools for a quick meal. This is the perfect place to start the day and eat breakfast looking out over the pool area. Alternatively, you could simply take breakfast outside on the pool deck, which surrounds the swimming pool. Lounge: The lounge is the central point of the villa with sliding doors leading to the pool area. The room is well positioned to enjoy the view or simply relax and watch cable TV (over 70 channels, including Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Sports channels) or watch a film using VCR/DVD combi. It has a ceiling fan, coffee table with two twin seater sofas and a three seater sofa which converts into a double bed. There is a separate dining area provided for 6 people to relax and have meals together, which is located within easy reach of the kitchen.

Master Bedroom: The master en-suite bedroom overlooks the pool with doors leading straight onto the pool area. It has a King size bed, full size walk-in closet, large dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, remote control 23 inch TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps and twin nightstands. The large en suite bathroom incorporates a large walk in shower, toilet, his and hers wash basins, hairdryer and a large corner tub. Queen bedroom: The second bedroom has a full Queen size bed, walk-in closet, large dresser with mirror, reading lamp and nightstand. It has it's own en-suite bathroom including bathtub and integrated shower which makes it perfect if two families are sharing the villa. Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 has been fitted out with twin beds and decorated with a "dolphin" theme. A walk in closet and chest of drawers provides plenty of space for storing clothes. It has easy access to a third bathroom that has a toilet and bathtub with an integrated shower. Bedroom 4: Bedroom 4 has been fitted out with twin beds and decorated with a "sports" theme. A built in closet and chest of drawers provides plenty of space for storing clothes. It has easy access to a third bathroom that has a toilet and bathtub with an integrated shower.

The south facing swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi is surrounded by a pool deck and lanai (covered patio), and benefits from a poolside bathroom which saves unnecessary trips back into the villa. Comfortable sun-loungers and pool furniture is provided. The pool and jacuzzi are fully screened-in so as to give protection from insects and both have heating (optional). Underwater lighting allows guests to take an evening swim or relax in the jacuzzi and cool-off after a busy day at the theme parks. A removable child safety fence surrounds the pool, which is serviced and cleaned weekly. There is also an outside shower to allow a quick cool/wash down.
