Please note there was a fire on Labor Day 2012 that destroyed the commercial building (Sports Club Kahana/Spa Pono). Plans for repairs and demolition of the burn site are due to be complete by the end of March '13. The main entrance/lobby to the resort is currently inaccessible and access to the condos have been diverted thru the pool area. Plans are also underway to start a spalling project Mid April '13 which will include concrete repairs to the ocean side of the building and repairs to the interior walkways.
