There is also a private ground level patio with a BBQ and outdoor eating area that has direct access to a white sand beach, The famous boardwalk that runs up Mission Beach along the Pacific Ocean for 3 miles north is in sight, but far enough away to offer tranquility from the hustle and bustle.

This location is ideal for families and has a park with a playground just a block away on the mission bay. Basketball courts and volleyball courts are adjacent to the property as well.

If you are lucky enough to reserve this home over the 4th of July, you will witness an amazing view of the fireworks display in Ocean Beach

Sea World is just a short drive away (approx. 5 min) & the San Diego Zoo & Downtown Gaslamp district are approx. 15 min. drive. There a several shops & restaurants within walking distance from this home.
